AIIncome provides instant-access digital products and personalized content. Because our products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.
Digital Products — Instant Delivery
All content is delivered immediately upon payment and accessible right away.
1. General Policy
Due to the instant-access, digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final once content has been accessed or delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that is delivered immediately and that the standard right of withdrawal for physical goods does not apply.
2. Eligibility for Refund
We may issue a refund under the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product, we will refund the duplicate amount.
- Technical failure: If a verified technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing the content you paid for, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Within 48 hours of purchase: If you request a refund within 48 hours of your initial purchase and have not accessed or downloaded your personalized content, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- The $7.95 activation fee on the 4-Week Trial Plan is a non-refundable setup and processing fee.
- The Report Only ($14.95) purchase is non-refundable once the personalized report has been generated and delivered.
- Any subscription charges ($29.99/mo or $97/yr) for billing periods where you have accessed the content are non-refundable.
- Refund requests made more than 48 hours after purchase will not be honored unless there is a verified technical issue.
4. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time via our self-service cancellation page or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior billing period. Your access will continue until the end of your current paid period.
It is your responsibility to cancel before your trial period ends or before your next billing cycle. We send reminder notifications, but failure to cancel before a charge is not grounds for a refund.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the terms above, email us at:
Include your full name, the email address used for purchase, date of purchase, and a description of the issue. Incomplete requests may delay processing.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit on your statement.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in your account being permanently suspended and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
