These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AIIncome website and services operated by MB Viliaus gamyba ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

AIIncome provides the AIIncome Plan — a subscription-based digital service that delivers a personalised ChatGPT income method tailored to your quiz results. The service includes:

• A personalised income method recommendation based on your profile.
• A step-by-step blueprint to help you get started.
• A collection of 47 ready-to-use ChatGPT prompts.
• Access to the AIIncome community.

2. Subscription Terms & Billing

We offer the following pricing options:

• Report Only — a one-time payment of $14.95 for your personalised report (no recurring charges).
• 4-Week Plan (Monthly) — a $5.95 trial fee, followed by $29.99 per month starting 7 days after your initial purchase. This subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• Annual Plan — a one-time payment of $97 for a full year of access. Renews annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method according to the terms of your selected plan.

3. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions (Monthly and Annual plans) renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan at each renewal. We will send a reminder email before each renewal.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing hello@claira.live. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation is processed.
• If you cancel the Monthly plan during the 7-day trial period, you will not be charged the recurring $29.99/month fee.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing hello@claira.live. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the AIIncome Plan — including blueprints, prompts, methods, guides, and community materials — is the intellectual property of MB Viliaus gamyba. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the content with third parties.
• Reproduce or republish the content on any other platform.
• Use the content to create a competing product or service.

7. Disclaimer

AIIncome is an educational service. The income figures, estimates, and projections shown on our website and within our materials are based on member-reported data and hypothetical scenarios. They are not guarantees of income or results.

Your results will depend on many factors including your effort, skills, experience, and market conditions. We make no representation that you will achieve any specific income level by using our service. Past results reported by other members are not indicative of future performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MB Viliaus gamyba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.

If you are an EU consumer, you also retain any mandatory consumer protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
